Modern Warfare 2: Gameplay Preview

On May 10, we got out first glimpse of the upcoming Modern Warfare 2 gameplay. TNT aired a trailer of game play footage while on commercial break of the NBA playoffs. Though the trailer was short in length, it provided fans with a lot of details and gave us all a feeling of how the game would be.

Several notable scenes were aired including an airfield fight scene, what seemed to be some sort of underwater objective, and my personal favourite…a gun battle while on snowmobiles while going down a mountain.

From the trailer, it also appears as if the game is a lot brighter and certainly more eye popping then the last Call of Duty title. It also showed some familiar ideas that many associates with the last Modern Warfare release.

But stay tuned, TNT promises to give a more detailed trailer set to be released on May 24, once again during the NBA playoffs.
