Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks Trailer Release

Earlier this year, in March to be exact, Nintendo released a trailer for what is set to be the next Legend of Zelda game. I know many, myself included, were hoping for the new Zelda game to be a Wii release, but sadly this is not the case.

Spirit Tracks, as the icon in the video would have it titled, is set to be a Nintendo DS game that to many looks like a Phantom Hourglass sequel.

From the trailer many things were similar to the Phantom Hourglass including, the easily recognized cell shading graphical style, the DS touch screen puzzles, and the game play on the whole.

For those wondering what Spirit Tracks means, watch the trailer. One would certainly be able to find our fairly quickly as the video opens with the sound of a train whistle and then a clip of Link blowing that whistle slowly fades in.

Thankfully, the game is like Phantom Hourglass where you do not spend the entire time in your vehicle. But again, for those wanting to know how the train will be cool…yes there will be a canon.
